2003-04 INDOOR: Placed 18th in the 500m Dash finishing in a time of 1:10.83 at the Princeton New Years Meet (12/7/03)... ran the 800m in 2:12.17 at the Manhattan Invitational (1/16/04) finishing seventh... finished 20th running the 800m in 2:18.73 at the Army Invitational (1/24/04)... placed 16th after running the 800m in 2:03.32 at the Princeton 5-Way Invitational (1/31/04).

2003 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 58th (40:29) at the Battlefield Invitational (9/13/03)... at the Metropolitan Championships (10/3/03) he placed 112th (30:08)... placed 43rd (17:58.8) at the Manhattan/Iona Invitational (10/17/03)... captured 78th place at the MAAC Championships (10/31/03) running the course in 30:06.8.

HIGH SCHOOL: In 2001, he broke West Islip High School records with his 4x1600m team and in the Steeple Chase... a member of the Class "B" 4x800m Champion Relay Team... made it to the finals for the 600m and the 800m... first in West Islip High School to receive twelve varsity awards.

PERSONAL: Majoring in history... born on October 13, 1985... son of Linda and George Roach... one sibling, Mike Roach... father, George Roach, ran for Manhattan from 1969-1973.
