2004 Outdoor: Ran the 1500m in 3:52.23 placing sixth and finished eighth running the 800m in 1:53.84 at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/19/04)... at the Metropolitan Championships (4/16/04) he ran the 800m in 1:55.24 placing second and the 1500m in 3:59.35 finishing sixth... captured second place in the 800m (1:52.80) and fourth in the 1500m (3:52.61) at the MAAC Championships (5/1/04)... placed 24th at the IC4A Championships after running the 1500m in 3:53.30... a member of the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2003-04 Indoor: Placed second in the Mile Run at the Princeton New Years Meet (12/7/03) finishing in 4:17.20... captured first place in the Mile (4:11.40) at the Fordham/St. John's Invitational (1/9/04)... at the Army Invitational (1/24/04) he placed third in the Mile (4:14.66)... finished fourth in the 3000m (8:33.70) at the Princeton 5-Way Invitational (1/31/04)... ran the Mile in 4:12.43 and the 800m in 1:52.73 finishing second at the Metropolitan Championships (2/7/04)... placed first running the 1000m in 2:24.90 at the New Balance Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/13/04)... captured second place in the Mile (4:10.18) and fourth in the 800m (1:55.50) at the MAAC Championships (2/20/04)... finished second at the IC4A Championships (3/6/04) running the 1000m in 2:24.14.

2003 Cross Country: Finished third (25:20.22) at the Battlefield Invitational (9/13/03)... at the Metropolitan Championships (10/3/03) he placed third (25:18)... placed second (15:23.7) at the Manhattan/Iona Invitational (10/17/03)... earned fourth place at the MAAC Championships (10/31/03) finishing the course in 25:44.7... finished 32nd at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/15/03) running the course in 31:17 a personal best... earned 74th (26:52) at the IC4A Championships (11/22/03)... a member of the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2003 Summer: Ran the 1500m in 3:52.09 finishing fourth at the United States Junior National Championships (6/23/03) and earned a spot on the US Junior National Team... competed for the United States in the 1500m and placed fourth with a time of 3:52.96, posting the best finish among American runners in the event at the Pan American Junior Track & Field Championships (7/18/03).

2003 Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 1500m (4:03.41) at the Sam Howell Memorial Invitational (4/5/03)... finished ninth with his distance Medley team (10:10.91) and 42nd in the 1500m (4:05.31) at the Sea Ray Relays (4/9/03)... captured 17th in the 800m (1:57.82) at the Princeton Quad (4/19/03)... at the MAAC Championships (5/3/03) he finished 10th in the 1500m (4:06.18) and 14th in the 800m (1:58.85)... Dean's List.

2002-03 Indoor: Placed first in the Mile with a time of 4:18.24 at the Princeton Invitational (12/7/03)... finished second (2:34.03) in the 1000m race at the Fordham Invitational (12/12/03)... crowned champion in the Mile (4:15.67) at the St. John's/Fordham Invitational (1/10/03)... placed sixth in the 3000m (9:01.9) at the Manhattan College Invitational (1/17/03).

2002 Cross Country: Placed 10th (25:42) at the Princeton Invitational (9/14/02)... finished 94th (26:21) in the 8.05K at the Paul Short Run at Lehigh University (9/28/02)... ran 25:49 for 12th place at the Metropolitan Championships (10/4/02)... captured third place (16:00) at the Manhattan/Iona Invitational (10/18/02)... placed 19th (26:21) at the MAAC Championships (11/1/02)... finished 134th (34:21.2) in the 10K at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/17/02)... placed 48th (26:21) at the IC4A Cross Country Championships (11/23/02).
