2005 Outdoor: Part of Manhattan's record-breaking one through four sweep in the hammer throw at the IC4A Championships by throwing over 200 feet (61.01m) for fourth place... finished third in Manhattan's top three sweep of the hammer throw with a mark of 59.18m at the MAAC Championships (5/7/05)... also scored in the discus at the MAAC meet by throwing 42.20m for sixth place... posted a fourth place finish in the hammer throw (58.12m) at the Metropolitan Championships (4/16/05)... opened the season at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/19/05), finishing third in the hammer (60.78m) and seventh in the discus (40.07m)... recorded a heave of 59.53m for eighth place in the hammer throw at the prestigious Penn Relays (5/2/05).


2004-05 Indoor: Captured the MAAC Championship (2/18/05) in the weight throw with a heave of 19.81m... finished second in the weight throw (20.20m) at the IC4A Championships, just 34 centimeters behind East Carolina's Eric Frasure... took second place in the weight throw at the Metropolitan Championships (1/30/05) with a mark of 19.33m... surpassed the IC4A qualifying standard on the first day of the season, finishing first amongst collegiate entries in the weight throw (18.91m) at the Manhattan Opener (12/1/04)... upped his mark to 19.70m in the weight throw at Princeton's New Year's Invitational (12/5/04)... placed third at the Manhattan Invitational (1/22/05) in the weight throw (18.75m)... at the Penn State Challenge Cup (2/11/05), he threw 19.53m for third in the weight throw.


2004 Outdoor: Finished third at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/19/04) throwing the hammer 60.14m... captured third place in the Hammer (59.77m) at the Dick Shea Open (3/27/04)... earned first place in the Collegiate level at the Sea Ray Relays (4/8/04) throwing the hammer 60.94m and finished fourth with all the levels combined... placed fourth in the Hammer (58.04m) and sixth in the Discus (58.04m) at the Metropolitan Championships (4/16/04)... at the Penn Relays (4/22/04) he finished fifth throwing the hammer 62.01m... finished third in the Hammer (62.01m) and sixth in the Discus (41.90m) at the MAAC Championships (5/1/04)... placed eighth at the East Regionals (5/28/04) after throwing the Hammer (60.26m).


2003-04 Indoor: Placed first at the Manhattan Pentathlon, Heptathlon and Throws (12/1/03) throwing the Weight Throw 18.36m... at the Fordham/St. John's Invitational (1/9/04) he placed first in the Weight Throw (18.58m)... captured first place in the Weight Throw (19.18m) at the Army Invitational (1/24/04)... placed second at the Princeton 5-Way Invitational (1/31/04) throwing the hammer 19.55m... crowned Metropolitan Champion after his Weight Throw toss of 19.07m... earned first place throwing the weight 19.46m at the New Balance Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/13/04)... finished second in the Weight Throw (18.70m) and 18th in the Shot Put (11.97m) at the MAAC Championships (2/20/04)... captured first place in the Weight Throw after his toss of 20.28m at the IC4A Championships (3/6/04).


2003 Summer: Captured first place in the Junior Hammer Throw with a record-setting toss of 67.06m at the United States Junior Championships (6/23/03) earning a spot on the US Junior National Team... competed for the United States in the Hammer Throw and placed fourth with a throw of 64.28m at the Pan American Junior Track and Field Championships (7/18/03)... his performance at the PAN AM Junior Championships was second among American Athletes.


2003 Outdoor: Finished eighth (52.39m) in the Hammer Throw at the Sam Howell Memorial Invitational (4/5/03)... placed second (53.20m) in the Hammer Throw at the Metropolitan Outdoor Track & Field Championships (4/11/03)... captured sixth place (55.23m) in the Hammer Throw at the Princeton Quad (4/19/03)... at the MAAC Championships (5/3/03) he placed second (54.70m) in the Hammer Throw... threw a person best 57.81m to earn fourth place in the Hammer Throw at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships (5/18/03)... finished 16th (57.61m) in the Hammer Throw at the NCAA Championships (6/11/03)... captured 12th place (56.11m) in the Hammer Throw at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Regional (6/30/03)... earned All-East honors for his Hammer Throw at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.


2002-03 Indoor: Placed fourth in the Weight Throw (16.26m) at the Manhattan Pentathlon and Throws Invitational (12/1/02)... finished third in the Weight Throw (18.01m) at the Princeton Invitational (12/7/02)... at the Fordham Invitational (12/12/02) he placed sixth in the Weight Throw (15.73m)... at the St. John's/Fordham Invitational (1/10/03) he finished third in the Weight Throw (16.98m)... finished third in the Weight Throw (17.67m) at the Manhattan College Invitational (1/17/03)... at the Princeton Indoor Relays (1/25/03) he finished third in the Weight Throw (18.41m)... placed second in the Weight Throw (17.58m) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships (1/31/03)... at The Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/14/03) he finished fourth in the Weight Throw (17.30m)... finished second in the Weight Throw at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/22/03).
