2004 Outdoor: At the Princeton New Year's Meet (12/7/03) he finished 17th running the 1000m in 2:40.62... placed 14th finishing the 800m in 2:02.91 at the Army Invitational (1/24/04)... finished 23rd at the Princeton 5-Way Invitational (1/31/04).

2003-04 Indoor: Injured.

2003 Cross Country: Placed 53rd (29:04.58) at the Battlefield Invitational (9/13/03)... finished 36th (17:08.2) at the Manhattan/Iona Invitational (10/17/03)... captured 45th place at the MAAC Championships (10/31/03) finishing the course in a time of 28:17.2.

2003 Outdoor: Finished 21st in the 800m (2:00.03) at the Princeton Quad (4/19/03)... placed 17th in the 800m (2:01.95) at the MAAC Championships (5/3/03)... Dean's List.

2002-03 Indoor: Finished 14th (2:39.39) in the 1000m at the Princeton Invitational (12/7/03)... captured seventh place in the 800m (2:02.5) at the Fordham Invitational (12/12/02)... at the St. John's/Fordham Invitational (1/10/03) he placed 11th (2:00.93) in the 800m... at the Princeton Relays (1/25/03) his 4x800m Relay team placed fifth with a time of 8:21.16 and he finished 16th in the 800m (2:02.8)... placed sixth (8:06) in the 4x800 at the Verizon Millrose Games (2/7/03)... finished 11th (2:01.26) in the 800m at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/22/03).

2002 Cross Country: Ran 27:58 for 40th place at the Princeton Invitational (9/14/02)... finished 78th (28:11) at the Metropolitan Championships (10/4/02)... placed 21st (17:25) at the Manhattan/Iona Invitational (10/18/02)... finished 65th (28:37) in the 8K at the MAAC Cross Country Championships (11/1/02)... Before Manhattan: Coached by Victor Bayers and William Clifton... member of the 2000 Cross Country Group 3 State Championship Team... during his junior year, he broke two minutes in the 800m (this was the first time in six years that someone had broken that time).
