2005 Outdoor: Qualified for the Metropolitan Championships (4/16/05) in the 400m, racing to a 16th place finish with a mark of 52.93s... at the Yale Springtime Invitational (5/1/05), he finished ninth in the 400m with a time of 52.49s... took eighth place in the 400m (52.23s) at the MAAC Championships (5/7/05).
2004-05 Indoor: Led off the 4x400 relay team at the MAAC Championships (2/18/05), helping the squad to a third place finish... Ran the mile at Princeton's New Year's Invitational (12/5/04), finishing 13th with a time of 4:42.34.
2004 Cross Country: Finished 131st at the Metropolitan Championships (10/1/04) running the five Mile course in 29:41.0... at the Manhattan/Iona Invitational (10/15/04) he placed 16th finishing in 17:21.5... a member of the MAAC All-Academic Team.
2004 Outdoor: At the Sam Howell Invitational (4/2/04) he placed 17th after finishing the 800m in 2:00.61... finished 21st running the 800m in 2:01.99 at the Metropolitan Championships (4/16/04)... placed 13th in the 800m (2:04.71) at the MAAC Championships (5/1/04).
2003-04 Indoor: Placed sixth running the 800m in 2:03.80 at the Fordham Invitational (12/12/03)... at the Fordham/St. John's Invitational he finished ninth in the 800m running it in a time of 2:00.54... finished 14th at the Princeton 5-Way Invitational (1/31/04) finishing the 800m in 1:58.99.
2003 Cross Country: Finished 54th (29:06.08) at the Battlefield Invitational (9/13/03)... at the Metropolitan Championships (10/3/03) he placed 85th (28:57)... captured 31st place (16:54.0) at the Manhattan/Iona Invitational (10/17/03)... placed 48th at the MAAC Championships (10/31/03) finishing the course in 28:25.2.
Before Manhattan: His 4x400m high school relay team placed fourth in the state in 2003... finished third in the 800m at the 2001 Empire State Games... broke three school records with his 4x400m, 4x800m and 4x1600m relay teams... was named a Suburban Council All-Star.
