2004 OUTDOOR: Placed eighth in the 1500m run (3:55.04) and 11th in the 800m (1:55.14) at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/19/04)... crowned Metropolitan Champion in the 1500m finishing in a time of 3:51.37 and finished 16th in the 800m (2:00.14) at the Metropolitan Championships (4/16/04)... finished fourth in the 1500m (3:59.20) and sixth running the 1500m in 3:59.20 at the MAAC Championships (5/1/04)... captured fifth place finishing the 800m in 1:52.06 at the Saint John's Collegiate Classic (5/8/04)... placed 27th at the IC4A Championships (5/14/04) after running the 1500m in 3:55.80.


2003-04 INDOOR: At the Princeton New Years Meet (12/7/03) he finished fourth in the Mile (4:25.04)... placed ninth finishing the Mile in 4:32.12 at the Fordham/St. John's Invitational (1/9/04)... captured seventh place running the 1000m in 2:33.31 at the Army Invitational (1/24/04)... finished 13th in the 1000m (2:32.21) at the Princeton 5-Way Invitational (1/31/04)... at the Metropolitan Championships (2/7/04) he finished fifth running the Mile in 4:14.46... captured fourth place in the Mile (4:11.74) and 15th in the 800m (2:03.76) at the MAAC Championships (2/20/04)... at the IC4A Championships (3/6/04) he placed 27th finishing the 1500m in 3:55.80.


2003 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 23rd (26:38.39) at the Battlefield Invitational (9/13/03)... at the Metropolitan Championships (10/3/03) he placed seventh (25:56)... placed 11th (15:58.8) at the Manhattan/Iona Invitational (10/17/03)... captured 11th place at the MAAC Championships (10/31/03) running the course in 26:23.5... earned 115th place at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (11/15/03) running the course in a time of 33:13... placed 112th (27:43) at the IC4A Championships (11/22/03).
