Metropolitan Champion in the 5000m (Apr. 8)...Finished ninth in the 1500 with a new PR in the Rider Invitational (Apr. 22)....Earned a silver medal in the 10,000m at the Outdoor MAAC Championships (May 6-7).

2022-2023 Indoors
Finished second in the 3000 at the Crowell Open (Dec. 3)....Won the mile at the MLK Tribute (Jan. 16)....Finished in second place in the 5000 at the Ramapo Opener (Jan. 20)....Finished second in the 3000m with a new PR in the Indoor Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 3)....Finished 13th in the 5000m at IC4As (Mar. 3-5).

2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), placed ninth in the 10000 meters with a personal-best time of 31:13.75 … Clocked a career-best time of 15:23.23 in taking eighth in the 5000 meters at the Monmouth Meet (4/18) … Was 10th in the 5000 meters (15:30.90) at the CoVid Invitational (3/20) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2020-21 Cross Country: Finished third on the team and 37th overall at the 8K MAAC Championships (3/5) with a time of 26:32.11...Also competed in the 7.6K Jasper Winter XC Invitational (2/20), registering a mark of 27:24.6 in placing 33rd...MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Nabbed a top five finish in the 3,000-meters at the Robert Elkin Invitational on January 10, recording a time of 8:56.84...Placed in the top 10 (ninth) for the event at the NYC Gotham Cup, earning a time of 8:51.35...Ran a 3,000-meter PR at the BU Valentine Invitational, finishing the race in 8:38.34 and placing 172nd...Set a personal best in the 5,000-meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a time of 15:35.52 (19th)...Also finished 19th in the 5,000-meters at MAACs with a time of 8:57.20. 

2019 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed 21st with a 6K PR of 19:49.7 at the Marist Invitational on August 31...Earned a top 10 finish at the Fordham Fiasco on September 7, recording an 8K time of 27:07.0 and coming in as Manhattan's second finisher...Ran a five-mile PR of 26:55.0 at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships, finishing 14th overall...Placed in the top 30 (27th) at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with an 8K PR of 26:41.4...Competed in the NCAA East Regionals on November 15, running a time of 31.22.6 for the 10K course (150th). 

2019 Outdoors: Earned a seventh-place finish in the 10000-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 34:09.67...Placed third in the 5000-meters at the Lions Invitational with a season-best 15:55.45...Earned a season-best in the 10000-meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, finishing 13th overall with a time of 32:18.53.

2018-19 Indoors: Finished seventh overall in the 3000-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, recording a time of 8:52.88...Set a PR in the 5000-meters at the Brian Horowitz Invitational on January 11, finishing seventh with a time of 16:05.99...Earned a personal-best in the 3000-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a time of 8:51.16 and finishing in seventh place. 

2018 Cross Country: Finished 37th at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, recording a time of 27:51.2...Earned 45th-place overall at the Army West Point Open on September 14, finishing the 7.6K course with a time of 26:34.1...Set an 8K PR at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing 75th overall in 27:19.8.

Before Manhattan: Earned four varsity letters in cross country and outdoor track, as well as two letters in indoor track, at Suffern High School...Named all-league in cross country and indoor and outdoor track...Selected to the All-County Second Team in cross country and indoor track...Finished 12th overall at the Rockland County Cross Country Championship.
