2023 Outdoors
Won the 4x400 at the UNF River City Spring Break Classic (Mar. 16-17)...Finished second in the 400 and third in the 4x100 relay at the Outdoor Metropolitan Championships (Apr. 8)...Finished second in the 4x100 at the Rider Invitational.....Captured a gold medal in the 4x400 relay, a silver medal in the 400m and a bronze medal in the 4x100 at the Outdoor MAAC Championships (May 6-7)....Finished fourth in the 400 at IC4As (May 12-14).

2022-2023 Indoors
Won the 4x400 and finished second in the 300 at the MLK Tribute (Jan. 16)...Won the 4x400 and finished fourth in the 400 at the Ramapo Opener (Jan. 20)....4x400 Metropolitan Champion and finished third in the 440 (Feb. 3).....Finished second in the 4x400 in the 115th Milrose Games (Feb. 11)...Scored points in all five events including a silver medal in the 400m and a bronze in the 4x400 at the Indoor MAAC Championships (Feb. 18-19) 

2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), was a member of the 4x100 meter relay (42.87) and the 4x400 meter relay (3:19.92) that each won bronze … Also finished 16th in the 200 meters (22.67) … At the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (4/9-4/10), was a member of the 4x400 meter relay that won gold with a time of 42.24 … Also placed second in the 200 meters with a personal-best mark of 22.34 … At the Tom Farrell Classic (5/1), ran a leg on the winning 4x100 meter relay (42.63) … Clocked a season-best time of 50.54 in placing third at the Peacock Invitational (4/7) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Set a PR in the 60-meters at the TCNJ Lions Invitational on January 11, recording a time of 7.43 (fifth)...Hit another personal best in the 400-meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 51.08 (15th)...Also placed 15th in the 200-meters at Mets with a time of 22.84...Recorded a personal best time of 22.33 in the 200-meters at the BU Valentine Invitational, finishing 63rd overall...Placed 16th overall in the 200-meter preliminaries at the MAAC Indoor Championships with a time of 22.88.

Before Manhattan: Earned all-league and all-county honors in both his junior and season years at Ossining High School...Won the New York State Winter Championship in the 4x200 relay in his senior year...Also recorded Westchester County's fourth-best all-time finish in the event...Won the 2019 Ossining High School Sportsmanship Award...Also played football at Ossining as a wide receiver and cornerback.
