Won the hammer throw at the UNF River City Spring Break Classic (Mar. 16)...Finished second in the hammer throw at the Colonial Relays (Mar.30-Apr. 1)....Metropolitan Champion in the hammer throw (Apr. 8)....Finished second in the hammer at the Larry Ellis Invite (Apr. 22)....Earned a gold medal in the hammer throw at the outdoor MAAC Championships (May 6-7)....Earned a silver medal at IC4As in the hammer throw (May 12-14)....Finished 29th in the hammer at NCAA East Regionals (May 25-27).

2022-2023 Indoors
Finished second in the weight throw at the Crowell Open (Dec.3)...Won the weight throw and finished third in the shot put at the MLK Tribute (Jan. 16)...Won the weight throw at the Ramapo Opener (Jan. 20)....Finished second in the weight throw at the Dr. Sander Invite (Jan. 27)...Metropolitan Champion in the weight throw (Feb. 3)....Finished fourth in the weight throw at the Milrose Games (Feb. 11)...Earned a gold medal in the weight throw at the Indoor MAAC Championships (Feb.18-19).....Won IC4As in the weight throw (Mar. 3-5).

2021 Outdoors: Did not compete.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancelation of the season.

Before Manhattan: Made a name for himself his senior year at Minisink, ranking in the nation's top 10 for the hammer throw and rising to as high as sixth with a 211'7" performance...Also won the New York State Section IX weight throw championship.
