2023 Outdoors
Finished 5th in the shot put at the Fred Hardy Invitational (Mar. 17)....Took third in the shot put at the Colonial Relays (Mar. 30-Apr. 1)...Finished sixth in the hammer throw at the Outdoor Metropolitan Championships (Apr. 8)...Took fifth in the hammer throw at the 2023 Rider Invitational (Apr. 22)...Set a pair of PRs in the discus and hammer throw at the 2023 Outdoor MAAC Championships (May 6-7).

Made collegiate debut with a fourth place finish in the weight throw at the Crowell Open (Dec. 3)....Finished second in both the weight throw and shot put at the MLK Tribute Meet (Jan. 16).....Finished 10th win a new PR in the weight throw at the 115th Milrose Games (Feb. 11)....Finished seventh and ninth in the weight and throw and shot put at the Indoor MAAC Championships (Feb. 18-19).
