Leg of the 4x400 that took first at the UNF River City Spring Break Classic (Mar. 16-17)...Earned a gold medal in the 4x400 at the Outdoor MAAC Championships (May 6-7)...finished sixth a member of the 4x400 team at IC4As (May 12-14).

2022-2023 Indoors
Served a leg of the 4x400 team that took first and finished third in the 800m at the MLK Tribute (Jan. 16)...Served a leg of the 4x400 team that took first at the Ramapo Opener (Jan. 20)....4x400 relay Metropolitan Champion (Feb. 3)....A leg in the 4x400 team that took second at the 115th Milrose Games (Feb. 11)....Earned a bronze medal in the 4x400 at the Indoor MAAC Championships (Feb. 18-19)....Finished 7th in the 4x400 at IC4As (Mar. 3-5).

2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), placed 21st in the 200 meters (24.01) … At the Tom Farrell Classic (5/1), ran a career-best 23.86 in the 200 meters in taking 11th … Took 11th in the 400 meters with a personal-best mark of 52.36 in the 400 meters at the CoVid Invitational (3/20) … Also ran a leg on the 4x400 relay that took third in 3:23.42.
