2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Earned a season-best 5K time of 20:11.0 at the 2017 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on Oct. 13 (38th), helping the Jaspers to their first team win since 1986...Recorded a personal-best 6K time of 23:55.4 (52nd place) at the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships...Competed in the 2018 NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships, running the 6K course in 25:09.0 (205th place)...Ran the 2018 ECAC Cross Country Championship 5K course in 20:35.1 (152nd place).

2015-16 Indoors: Finished 19^th in the 3000 meters (11:25.07) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Recorded a time of 5:36.40 in the mile at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.
