2019-20 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Helped the DMR squad to a sixth-place showing at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a relay time of 12:48.01.

2019 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Hit a personal best in the 800-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, recording a time of 2:27.51 and finishing 15th...Also set a PR in the 1500-meters at Monmouth on April 22, finishing the race with a time of 5:06.91.

2018-19 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Set a PR in the mile at the TCNJ Open on December 1 with a time of 5:25.99 (seventh)...Followed up the performance with a personal best in the 3000-meters at the Yale Season Opener a week later, recording a time of 11:01.53, good for eighth overall...Finished 11th in the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 11:25.37...Recorded a time of 11:48.19 in the 3000-meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships, finishing 34th overall.

2018 Cross Country: Earned a spot on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Set a personal best in the 5.6K at the Army West Point Open on September 14, finishing with a time of 23:58.7...Hit another collegiate PR in the 5K at the Metropolitan Championships on October 12, finishing the course in 21:34.4.

2018 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Finished in the top 15 in the 800-meter race at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a personal best time of 2:27.51...Placed fifth in the 1,500-meter race at Monmouth on April 22, earning another personal best time of 5:06.91.

2017-18 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed sixth in the 1,000-meter race at the 2018 Yale Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 13...Ran a leg of the eighth-place DMR team at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing with a time of 13:02.51...Helped the DMR team earn a first-place finish at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Feb. 23 with a time of 13:22.87...Also placed sixth in the mile at that meet, finishing in 5:40.66.

2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC  All-Academic Team.

2016-17 Indoors: Took second in the mile (5:37.02) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Placed third in the 1000 meters (3:10.52) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Registered a season-best time of 2:28.31 in the 800 meters at the Tiger Invitational on Jan. 14.

2016 Cross Country: Finished 28^th at the Fr. Victor J. Leeber S.J. Invitational on Sept. 24, posting a time of 22:02.80…Notched a 4000-meter time of 16:21.7 at the SJU Fall Festival on Oct. 16…Completed 5000 meters in 21:22 to place fifth in the coaches’ race at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 19.

Before Manhattan: A four-year letterwinner in both indoor and outdoor track & field and three-year letterwinner in cross country at Bishop Feehan High School…Twice named to the EAC and Sun Chronicle All-Star teams…Competed in the 4 x mile relay at the 2016 New Balance Indoor Nationals.
