2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), claimed bronze in the 3000-meter steeplechase (11:08.24) … Won the 1500 meters (4:47.69) at the Metropolitan Championships (4/9-4/10), and helped lead the 4x400 relay (4:07.31) to victory … At the Peacock Invitational (4/7), won the 1500 meters (4:55.69) … Placed third in the 3000-meter steeplechase (11:28.22) at the Monmouth Meet (4/18) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancelation of the season.

2020-21 Cross Country: Placed second on the team and 46th overall at the 6K MAAC Championships (3/5), with a time of 24:01.11...MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020 Outdoors: Did not compete due to the cancelation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Won the mile at the Crowell Open on December 7 with a time of 5:15.36...Set a 3,000-meter PR of 10:35.83 at the Robert Elkin Invitational on January 10, finishing second...Earned a PR in the mile at the NYC Gotham Cup on January 11, recording a time of 5:05.67 (fourth)...Placed third in the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 5:06.52...Also helped the 4x800 relay to a third-place finish at Mets, earning a team time of 9:54.65...Finished eighth in the mile at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a time of 5:09.12 in the event finals...Also placed sixth as a member of the 4x800 relay at MAACs, finishing with a time of 9:32.06.

2019 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Rookie Team...Set a 5K PR of 19:14.3 at the Marist Invitational on August 31, finishing in the top 10 overall and second for the Jaspers...Placed 16th at the Fordham Fiasco on September 7 with a 5K time of 19:33.4...Finished 11th at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on October 11 with a 5K time of 19:23.7...Recorded a 6K time of 23:17.1 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on November 2, placing 28th overall and earning a spot on the MAAC All-Rookie Team...Set a 6K PR of 22:32.5 at the NCAA Regionals on November 15, finishing 179th overall. 

Before Manhattan: Earned four letters in indoor/outdoor track and three in cross country at Oceanside High School...Served as captain for all three teams her senior year and for the cross country team her junior and senior seasons...Three-time all-county selection in cross country...Three-time conference champion in the 4x800-meter relay...2019 New Balance Nationals qualifier for the steeplechase and 4x800m relay.
