2021 Metropolitan Outdoor Champion (4x400 relay)

2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), ran a leg on the 4x400 relay that placed fifth in 4:04.58 … Also was 21st in the 1500 meters (5:09.43) … Member of the 4x400 relay (4:07.31) that was victorious in the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships … Clocked a season-best time of 5:03.91 in taking eighth in the 1500 meters at the St. John’s Invitational (4/16) … Finished 12th in the 800 meters in a season-best 2:24.46 at the Monmouth Meet (4/18) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2020-21 Cross Country: Finished third on the team and 58th overall at the 6K MAAC Championships (3/5) with a time of 24:28.98...Competed in the 5K Jasper Winter XC Invitational (2/20), finishing second on the team and 40th overall with a mark of 21:00.1...MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020 Outdoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Did not compete. 

2019 Cross Country: Set a 5K PR of 19:29.3 at the Marist Invitational on August 31, finishing 13th overall and third for the Jaspers...Earned a top 20 finish (17th) at the Fordham Fiasco on September 7 with a time of 19:36.2 for the 5K course...Was 13th overall at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on October 11, earning a 5K time of 19:31.6...Placed in the top 40 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on November 2, again securing the spot as the Jaspers' third finisher with a 6K time of 23:36.3...Competed in the NCAA Regionals on November 15, finishing 145th overall with a 6K PR of 22:01.8. 

Before Manhattan: Ran three years of cross country, four years of indoor track and six years of outdoor track at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School...Captained all three teams...Two-time New York State Section 2 Class B Champion in cross country...Placed third in the 1,000-meters at the 2019 New York State Indoor Championships...Holds the school record for the event...Three-time Section 2 Class B Champion in the outdoor 1,500- and 800-meters...Placed 6th in the 1,500-meters at the 2019 New York State Outdoor Championships.
