2018 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Opened the season with a 21st-place finish at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, finishing the 5K course in 19:17.6, a season best...Set a PR in the 5.6K at the Army West Point Open on September 14, recording a time of 21:15.6...Placed 17th overall at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on October 12 with a time of 19:41.0 for the 5K course...Earned a top 50 individual finish (48th) at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on October 27, recording a 6K time of 23:36.7.

2018 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Opened the season at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational, running the 3,000-meters in 10:51.62...Took on the 5,000-meters at the 2018 Colonial Relays, completing the race in 18:14.42...Finished eighth in the 5,000-meters at the 2018 Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, completing the race in 19:14.24.

2017-18 Indoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Began the season with a second-place finish in the 3,000-meters at the Yale Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 13...Posted a personal best in the race at the 2018 Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing in 10:17.34 and earning fifth...Earned a top-20 finish in the 3K at the 2018 MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, completing the race less than a second off her personal best (10:17.97)...Recorded a personal best time in the mile (5:17.06) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Feb. 23...Qualified for the DMR at the 2018 ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, earning a top 20 finish (12:09.68).

2017 Cross Country: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Posted a career-best 22:27.2 in the 6K at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 29...Ran the 5K at the New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on Oct. 13 in 19:32.5, helping the Jaspers to their first Met Championship since 1986...Earned a top 40 finish at the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing the 6K race in 23:29.3...Recorded a season-best 5K performance at the 2017 ECAC Championships, finishing in 19:30.1.

2017 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Posted a season-best time of 19:24.01 in the 5000 meters at the Colonial Relays on March 30…Finished 15th in the 5000 (20:00.92) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14.

2016-17 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished 10th in the 3000 meters (10:58.81) at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Notched a season-best time of 10:56.33, which was good for 12th place in the 3000 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Registered a time of 10:59.25 in the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2016 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Opened the season by running 5000 meters in 20:34.83, which was good for 33rd place, at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10…Had a season-best 5000-meter time of 19:30.70 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 15…Recorded a time of 24:53.51 for 6000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29.

2016 Outdoors: Placed third in the 5000 meters (17:58.45) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Finished ninth in the 3000 meters (17:58.45) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 22…Took seventh in the 1500 meters (4:48.01) at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Notched a time of 18:44.41 in the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Finished seventh in the 3000 meters (10:36.16) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Had a season-best clocking of 10:22.66 to take 12th in the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Cross Country: Manhattan’s top finisher in the Brother Jasper Season Opener on Sept. 11, running 5000 meters in 18:58.70…Took 19th at the Rider Invitational on Sept. 19, notching a time of 22:59.40 for 6000 meters…Completed the 5000-meter course in 19:18.50 to place fifth at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9…Recorded a season-best 5000-meter time of 18:39.70 to secure 19th place at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17…Had a season-best 6000-meter clocking of 22:40.46 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31.

Before Manhattan: Earned the Spirit of the Eagle Award for leadership and hard work for cross country as a senior at Bethlehem Central High School…Also selected as a Suburban Council All-Star during the 2014 cross country season…Named team MVP during the indoor season and received both the Leadership Award and Outstanding Senior Athlete Award for the 2015 outdoor campaign…Selected as most improved during all three seasons as a junior.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Kathleen…A triplet…Sister, Kerri, also attends Manhattan, while Kara goes to Fordham…Born on October 9, 1997.
