2021 Outdoors: At the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9), ran a leg on the 4x400 relay that placed fifth in 4:04.58 … Also was 20th in the 800 meters (2:29.46) … Posted a season-best time of 2:22.17 in placing second at the Tom Farrell Classic (5/1) … Member of the 4x400 relay (4:07.31) that was victorious in the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships … Took fourth in the 400 meters (1:02.09) at the Co-Vid Invitational (1:02.09) … MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2020-21 Cross Country: Competed in both Manhattan meets ... Finished fifth on the team and 94th overall at the 6K MAAC Championships (3/5) with a time of 26:28.51...Also competed in the 5K Jasper Winter XC Invitational (2/20), placing 51st in 22:11.8...MAAC All-Academic Team honoree.

2020 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed third in the 800-meters at the Crowell Open on December 7 with a time of 2:28.97...Also helped the 4x400 team to a second-place finish at the meet with a time of 4:05.38...Set a PR in the 800-meters at NYC Gotham Cup on January 17, recording a time of 2:26.31 (17th)...Finished third in the 4x800 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships with a time of 9:54.65...Also finished in the top 10 for the 800-meters at Mets, earning a time of 2:32.93 (ninth)...Placed sixth in both the DMR (12:48.01) and the 4x800 (9:32.06) at the MAAC Indoor Championships.

2019 Cross Country: Placed 40th overall at the Marist Invitational on August 31, recording a time of 21:53.8 for the 5K course...Set a 5K PR at the Fordham Fiasco on September 7, earning a time of 21:31.8 (52nd)...Placed 69th overall at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on October 11, recording a 5K time of 22:18.5. 

2019 Outdoors: Helped the women's 4x800 team to a fourth place showing at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, recording a team time of 10:07.10...Earned a top 25 finish in the 800-meters at the Lions Invitational, recording a time of 2:31.28...Hit a personal best in the 800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, finishing 25th in the preliminaries with a time of 2:31.21...Also finished seventh in the 4x800 finals at the MAAC Championships with a time of 9:45.09.

2018-19 Indoors: Finished 12th in the 600-meters at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, recording a time of 1:51.50...Competed in the 800-meter race at the Yale Opener on December 8, earning a 2:37.05 finish. 

2018 Cross Country: Set a personal best in the 5K at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, finishing the race in 22:09.4...Also competed in the 2018 Metropolitan Cross Country Championships, finishing 75th overall with a time of 23:57.1 for the 5K course.

Before Manhattan: Completed six years of cross country and outdoor track at Sachem East High School, as well as four years of indoor track...Was a member of the New York State Section 11 Cross Country Championship team, qualifying for the state championships... Earned all-league, all-county and all-state honors during her high school career, while also qualifying for nationals.

Personal: Daughter of Arlene...Is a triplet along with her brother, John, and sister, Anna...Studying sociology...Born April 17, 2000.
