2019-20 Indoors: Won the 800-meters at the Crowell Open on December 7 with a PR time of 2:26.49...Finished third as a member of the 4x800 team at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a team time of 9:54.65.

2019 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Set a 5K PR at the Marist Invitational on August 31, recording a time of 20:29.5 (26th)...Finished in the top 40 (38th) at the Fordham Fiasco on September 7, earning a time of 20:51.0 for the 5K course...Recorded a 5K time of 21:34.6 at the Metropolitan Cross Country Invitational on October 11, finishing 61st overall...Set a 6K PR of 24:37.9 at the MAAC Cross Country Invitational on November 2, placing 69th overall.

2019 Outdoors: Finished 12th in the 400-meter hurdles at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, earning a 1:13.82 finish...Set a personal best in the event at the Lions Invitational, recording a time of 1:12.80...Placed 17th in the 400-meter hurdles prelims at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, finishing the race in 1:14.04.

2018-19 Indoors: Placed in the top 10 in the 500-meters at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, recording a time of 1:26.41...Finished fourth overall in the DMR at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, helping the squad to a time of 12:31.34...Competed in the 4x800 relay at the MAAC Indoor Championships, earning seventh place with a time of 9:49.97...Also placed fifth in the DMR at MAACs, recording a time of 12:27.37.

2018 Cross Country: Opened the season with a top 40 finish at the Fordham Fiasco on September 8, recording a time of 20:44.4, a collegiate best for the 5K...Competed in the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on October 12, finishing the 5K race with a time of 21:55.5.

Before Manhattan: Earned cross country all-state honorable mention accolades her senior year at Pearl River...Was named all-league and all-county in cross country five consecutive years...Also earned all-league and all-county accolades in track and field four times...Was a three-year starter for the Pearl River basketball team in the point guard position.
