2015-16 Indoors: Had a season-best clocking of 3:23.61 in the 1000 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 22…Notched a time of 2:33.28 in the 800 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4. 

2015 Cross Country: Recorded a time of 27:43.70 over 6000 meters at the Rider Invitational on Sept. 19…Completed the 5000-meter course in 23:15.00 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9.

Before Manhattan: Broke a 20-year-old school record in the indoor mile as a senior at Manchester Regional High School…Named Honorable Mention All-Passaic County for the 2014-15 indoor season…Team won the Passaic County Relays in 2013.
