2016 Cross Country: Opened the season by running 5000 meters in 25:06.84 at the Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10…Finished the 5100-meter course in 24:18.12 at the Fr. Victor Leeber S.J. Invitational on Sept. 24…Completed 4000 meters in 17:38.10 at the SJU Fall Festival on Oct. 16.

2016 Outdoors: Notched a season-best time of 1:12.49 in the 400 meter hurdles at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Ran the 400 hurdles in 1:16.28 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Finished eighth in the 800 meters (2:33.33) at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Posted a season-best time of 2:28.86 in the 800 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Cross Country: Recorded a time of 22:03.20 for 5000 meters at the Brother Jasper Season Opener on Sept. 11…Ran 6000 meters in 26:33.60 at the Rider Invitational on Sept. 19…Completed the 5000-meter course in a season-best time of 21:08.80 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17.

Before Manhattan: Ran four years of cross country and track at Middletown South High School…Led the Eagles to an undefeated regular season and division title in cross country as a senior.
