2017 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Registered a 2:31.58 clocking in the 800 meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Took 13^th in the 800 with a season-best time of 2:28.76 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Ran the 600 meters in 1:50.41 at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9…Posted a time of 2:33.76 in the 800 meters at the Tiger Invitational on Jan. 14.

2016 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished 36^th overall after completing the 5100-meter course in 22:45.65 at the Fr. Victor Leeber S.J. Invitational on Sept. 24…Recorded a time of 16:27.60 over 4000 meters at the SJU Fall Festival on Oct. 16…Took seventh in the coaches’ race at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 19, notching a season-best 5000-meter time of 21:43.00.

2016 Outdoors: Finished 24^th in the 800 meters (2:27.89) at the Princeton Outdoor Invitational on April 15…Had a season-best time of 2:25.91 in the 800 at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Notched a 2:27.88 clocking in the 800 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Placed seventh in the 800 meters (2:27.52) at the Metro Holiday Season Opener on Dec. 5…Ran the 1000 meters in 3:13.57 at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 22…Notching a season-best time of 2:25.69 in the 800 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 29…Registered a time of 2:28.70 in the 800 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Cross Country: Ran 6000 meters in 26:16.90 at the Rider Invitational on Sept. 19…Had a season-best 5000-meter clocking of 21:09.90 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17.

Before Manhattan: A four-year letterwinner in cross country, as well as indoor and outdoor track & field at Tappan Zee High School…Posted a time of 17:21.9 at the 2014 Manhattan College High School Invitational cross country meet…Ran in the 4x400 meter relay at the 2013 Penn Relays.
