2016 Outdoors: Opened the season with a 4:55.55 clocking in the 1500 meters at the USF Bulls Invitational on March 17…Won the 10,000 meters (38:46.86) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Placed sixth in the 10,000 (39:00.68) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7. 

2015-16 Indoors: Recorded a time of 5:21.53 in the mile at the John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 29…Took second in the 5000 meters (18:02.95) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Secured sixth place in the 5000 (18:02.81) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

2015 Cross Country: Ended up as Manhattan’s No. 2 runner in each of the final four races…Placed 14th overall at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9, posting a time of 19:37.10 for 5000 meters…Had a season-best 5000-meter time of 18:38.40, which was good for 18th place at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 17…Finished 27th at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31, completing the 6000-meter course in 22:32.43...Registered a time of 23:04.30 for 6000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 13…Concluded the season with a 19:22.30 clocking over 5000 meters, which was good for 40th place at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 21.

2015 Outdoors (at Wagner): Participated in the 4x800 meter relay at the Penn Relays on April 25…Earned All-Northeast Conference honors as a member of Wagner’s winning 4x800 relay squad at the NEC Outdoor Championships on May 3…Also took seventh in the 1500 meters at the NEC Championships.

2014-15 Indoors (at Wagner): Took first in the 3000 meters (10:35.65) at the Knights Indoor Classic on Jan. 11…Finished third in the 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 6, posting a time of 17:42.99…Placed sixth in the (18:05.71) and seventh in the 3000 (10:22.21) at the NEC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22…Ran the 1600-meter leg in the distance medley relay at the ECAC Indoor Championships on March 8.

2014 Cross Country (at Wagner): Selected as team MVP…Finished 11th overall at the Metropolitan Championships (19:05.8) on Oct. 10, as Wagner placed third in the team standings…Earned a place on the All-Northeast Conference Team after finishing seventh at the NEC Championships in 18:00.03 on Nov. 1…Competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 15, notching a time of 22:15.04.

2012 Outdoors (at NYU): Finished 10th in the 800 meters (2:26.83) at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 24…Helped earn two team points with a seventh-place finish in the 4x800 meter relay at the UAA Outdoor Championships on April 28.

2011-12 Indoors (at NYU): Placed third as a member of the distance medley relay team at the Metro Coaches Invitational on Jan. 6…Registered a season-best time of 2:20.13 in the 800 meters at the Valentine Invitational on Feb. 10…Ran on the distance medley relay squad that took first at the NYU Division III Challenge on Feb. 19.

2011 Cross Country (at NYU): Posted a five-kilometer time of 20:01 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7.

2011 Outdoors (at NYU): Contributed to a sixth-place showing in the 4x800 meter relay at the UAA Outdoor Championships on April 23.

2010-11 Indoors (at NYU): Ran the third leg on the school-record setting 4x800 meter relay squad at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 29…Set a personal-best mile time of 5:29.80 at the Haverford Keogh Invitational on Feb. 5…Recorded a time of 3:06.17 in the 1000 meters at the Valentine Invitational on Feb. 11.

2010 Cross Country (at NYU): Grabbed fifth place in the four-kilometer race (15:09.82) at the Stevens Invitational on Sept. 24…Had a personal-best time of 23:29.6 at the NCAA Division III National Championships on Nov. 20.

Before Manhattan: Named Staten Island Track & Field Association Cross Country Scholar Athlete of the Year as a senior at St. Joseph Hill High School…A three-time Staten Island Cross Country coaches’ all-star…Selected to the Staten Island Advance All-Star Team as a sophomore.
