2013 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2012-13 Indoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished first in the 1000 meters (2:58.87) at the NYRR College Night at the Armory on Jan. 12…Placed second in the 800 meters (2:17.57) at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 19…Won the 800 in a season-best time of 2:13.75 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 24…Secured third place in the 500 meters (1:16.78) at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 1…Collected fourth-place points in the 800 (2:15.14) and added a bronze medal by running the leadoff leg on the distance medley relay at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15.

2012 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took 27th place at the Stony Brook Season Opener (Sept. 1), completing the 4000-meter course in 16:30.53…Notched a 21:58.69 clocking over 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 5…Placed 49th overall at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 27), posting a time of 23:57.50 for 6000 meters.

2012 Outdoors: Recognized with third straight MAAC All-Academic Team selection…Won the 800 meters at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7, posting a time of 2:18.28…Secured eighth-place points in the 800 with a 2:19.87 clocking at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Anchored the gold-medal winning 4x400 meter relay and 4x800 meter relay squad that took second, while also grabbing fourth place in the open 800 meters (2:123.15) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5-6.

2011-12 Indoors: Chosen to the MAAC All-Academic Team for the third consecutive year…Ran the 800 meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 17), finishing ninth in 2:19.16.

2011 Cross Country: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Finished 22nd at the season-opening Army Open on Sept. 2, completing the 5000-meter course in 21:03.60…Posted a time of 25:58.81 over 6000 meters at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 17.

2011 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Ran a season-best time of 2:12.93 in the 800 meters at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18…Placed fifth in the 400 meter hurdles (1:07.22) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 15…Won three medals at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 7-8), taking silver in the 800 (2:13.63) to go along with a gold in the 4x400 meter relay and a bronze in the 4x800 meter relay…Also took fifth in the 400 hurdles (1:07.15) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships.

2010-11 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Placed second in the 800 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 14, posting a time of 2:16.33…Took first place in the 800 (2:14.69) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28…Ran the 500 meters at the St. Valentine Invitational on Feb. 11, finishing third in a time of 1:15.21…Won a gold medal in the 800 (2:11.88) and a bronze in the distance medley relay at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

2010 Cross Country: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2010 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took second in the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.46) at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 19…Posted a season-best time of 1:30.00 in the 400 hurdles at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 2…Ran on Manhattan’s 4 x 400 meter relay squad that took first at the MAAC Championships (May 2)…Also ran the 400 hurdles at the MAAC Championships, placing third in a time of 1:04.36.

2009-10 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic squad…Finished second in the 1000 meters (3:05.01) at the season-opening Yale Lidlifter Invitational (Dec. 5)…Placed fifth in the 800 meters at the NYRR Armory Invitational on Jan. 16, running a season-best time of 2:16.01…Won a gold medal in the 4x400 relay and took bronze in the 800 (2:16.96) at the MAAC Championships (Feb. 19)…Posted an ECAC qualifying time of 1:15.74 in the 500 meters at the NYU Fastrack Invitational on Feb. 26, good enough for third place…A member of Manhattan’s fourth place team in the 4 x 400 relay at the ECAC Championships (March 6).

2009 Cross Country: Ran a time of 11:39.00 over 3000 meters at the Manhattan Short Course Invitational (Oct. 21)…Completed the 6000-meter course in 27:23.30 at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 30).
