2013-14 Indoors: Posted a time of 1:22.96 in the 500 meters at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 24…Finished second in the 800 meters (2:27.46) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 15…Notched a season-best time of 2:20.85 to place 12th in the 800 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.
2013 Cross Country: Placed 38th at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Aug. 31, running 4000 meters in 17:26.76…Notched a 17:06.06 clocking for 4000 meters at the St. John’s/Hofstra Fall Festival on Sept. 7…Finished 36th at the LIU Post Invitational on Sept. 14, posting a season-best 5000-meter time of 20:17.35…Secured 65th place with a time of 25:14.48 over 6000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Nov. 1.
2013 Outdoors: Recorded a season-best 800-meter time of 2:21.33 at the Lions Invitational on April 26…Ran the leadoff leg on the Jaspers’ bronze medal-winning 4x800 meter relay team and placed 11th in the individual 800 (2:24.60) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4.
2012-13 Indoors: Ran the 800 meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 15), finishing in a time of 2:24.02…Also earned a bronze medal in the distance medley relay at the MAAC Indoor Championships.
2012 Cross Country: Ranked among Manhattan’s top five in every meet she entered, including four times when she placed second on the team…Ran 4000 meters in 16:53.06 at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Sept. 1…Grabbed 60th place overall (25:10.05 for 6000 meters) at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 15…Notched a season-best 5000-meter time at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 5, finishing 44th overall in 20:23.46…Took 43rd at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 27), completing the 6000-meter course in 23:48.35.
2012 Outdoors: Notched a 1:06.11 clocking in the 400 meters at the FDU Knight Invitational on March 31…Posted a time of 2:22.80 in the 800 meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (April 13)…Took 11th in the open 800 (2:21.98) and ran a leg of the Jaspers’ silver medal-winning 4x800 meter relay team at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 5).
2011-12 Indoors: Began the season by winning the 800 meters (2:33.17) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Ran the 1000 meters at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9, finishing second in 3:12.52…Recorded a time of 1:23.51 in the 500 meters at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 3…Anchored the distance medley relay squad while also placing 10th in the 800 (2:21.48) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17.
2011 Cross Country: Placed 20th overall at the Army Open (Sept. 2), completing the 5000-meter course in 28:40.70…Notched a season-best time of 20:37.00 for 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7…Recorded a time of 25:36.20 over 6000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 28…Finished fourth among Manhattan runners at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (Nov. 12), posting a time of 25:43.80.
2011 Outdoors: Won the 400 meter hurdles in a time of 1:09.76 at the FDU Track Classic on April 9…Posted a season-best time of 2:22.80 in the 800 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 30…Picked up seventh-place points in the 400 hurdles (1:07.47) and anchored the silver medal-winning 4x800 meter relay squad at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 7).
2010-11 Indoors: Took sixth in the mile (5:35.24) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4…Posted a time of 1:20.95 in the 500 meters at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 4…Ran the second leg on the bronze medal-winning distance medley relay squad at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 18)…Also competed in the 800 meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships, finishing 11th in a season-best time of 2:21.91.
2010 Cross Country: Finished 21st at the season-opening Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 4, clocking 16:26.51 over 4100 meters…Had a season-best time of 20:28.94 for 5000 meters at the Fr.
