2013-14 Indoors: Won the 1500 meters (5:15.45) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 15…Recorded a season-best time of 2:27.82 in the 800 meters at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.
2013 Cross Country: Returned to the program after missing nearly two years due to injury at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 11 and finished 59th, running 5000 meters in 20:44.71…Placed 67th at the MAAC Championships on Nov. 1, posting a time of 25:20.71 for 6000 meters…Completed the 6000-meter course in 24:48.70 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 15…Recorded a time of 21:13.70 over 5000 meters at the ECAC Championships on Nov. 23.
2011-12 Indoors: Contested the 3000 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 13), registering a time of 11:33.13.
2011 Cross Country: Finished 12th overall (19:37.30) at the season-opening Army Open on Sept. 2…Had a season-best time of 25:06.00 for 6000 meters at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 30…Recorded a 20:03 clocking over 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7)…Posted a time of 25:07.50 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 28.
2011 Outdoors: Opened the season with a 5:15.62 clocking in the 1500 meters at the Dick Shea Open on March 25…Finished 11th in the 800 meters at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 8), posting a time of 2:22.38…Ran the leadoff leg on Manhattan’s silver medal-winning 4x800 meter relay at the MAAC Championships.
2010-11 Indoors: Finished 15th in the 1500 meters (5:32.15) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28…Ran a season-best time of 2:22.47 in the 800 meters at the St. Valentine Invitational on Feb. 11…Won a bronze medal in the distance medley relay at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 18)…Also ran the 800 at the MAAC Championships, posting a time of 2:36.67.
2010 Cross Country: Manhattan’s No. 2 finisher in each of the first four meets…Began collegiate career by taking ninth (15:55.95) at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 4…Placed 12th at the Fr. Victor Leeber Invitational (Sept. 25), running 5000 meters in 20:05.61…Posted a season-best time of 19:45 over 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 8.
Before Manhattan: Ran cross country and was a member of both the indoor and outdoor track & field teams at Bishop Kearney High School.
