2011-12 Indoors: Placed second in the 1000 meters at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1, posting a time of 3:23.63.
2011 Cross Country: Completed the 5000-meter course in 20:34.60 at the season-opening Army Open (Sept. 2), good for 16th place…Registered a 20:55.00 clocking over 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 7)…Recorded a season-best time of 25:17.20 for 6000 meters at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 28).
2011 Outdoors: Notched a season-best time of 1:13.60 in the 400 meter hurdles at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 1…Finished second in the 3000 meter steeplechase (12:52.85) at the FDU Track Classic on April 9…Posted a season-best time of 12:29.83 in the steeplechase at the Lions Invitational on April 30…Tied for seventh in the pole vault at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 7), clearing 7’7¾.
2010-11 Indoors: Posted season-best times in both the 800 meters (2:44.73) and mile (5:52.37) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 4…Finished 12th in the 3000 meters (11:19.64) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28…Ran the 3000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 18), notching a time of 11:42.51.
2010 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 16:34.62 clocking over 4100 meters at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 4…Posted a time of 20:55.00 for 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 8…Took 59th at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 29), recording a time of 24:03.60 over 6000 meters.
2010 Outdoors: Finished fifth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:13.23) at the FDU Track Classic on April 10…Ran a season-best time of 1:11.35 in the 400 hurdles at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 17)…Placed ninth in the 400 hurdles (1:12.18) at the MAAC Championships on May 2.
