2012 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took sixth in the 1500 meters (4:56.85) and seventh in the 800 meters (2:23.79) at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 16…Placed sixth in the 800 (2:14.58) and ran the leadoff leg on the Jaspers’ silver medal-winning 4x800 meter relay team at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6).

2011-12 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Opened the season with back-to-back first-place finishes in the mile (5:22.52) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1 and the 1500 meters (4:54.45) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9…Captured fourth place in the 1000 meters at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26, posting a time of 2:58.28…Finished seventh in the 800 meters (2:18.30) and 10th in the mile (5:25.60) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17.

2011 Cross Country: Earned third consecutive MAAC All-Academic Team selection…Team MVP…First Jasper to cross the line in all seven races…Finished ninth at the season-opening Army Open on Sept. 2, recording a time of 19:31.4 over 5000 meters…Took 63rd overall at the Iona Meet of Champions (Sept. 17), running 6000 meters in 24:20.76…Named MAAC Runner of the Week on Oct. 11 after placing 32nd at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7, completing the 5000-meter course in 19:39 to lead the Jaspers to 7th place as a team…Registered a 24:38.60 clocking for 6000 meters at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 28).

2011 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Placed fourth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:22.46 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (April 15)…Competed in three events at the MAAC Outdoor Championships (May 7-8), winning a silver in the 4x800 meter relay to go along with a bronze in the 800 (2:14.85) and a fourth-place finish in the 1500 meters (4:39.25).

2010-11 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took first place in the mile at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational (Dec. 4), posting a season-best time of 5:08.45…Won the bronze medal in the 1000 meters (2:59.93) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28…Placed fifth in the 800 meters (2:17.73) and eighth in the mile (5:13.08) while also anchoring the bronze medal-winning distance medley relay squad at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 18)…Finished third in the 1000 in a season-best time of 2:56.92 at the Armory Collegiate Challenge on Feb. 25.

2010 Cross Country: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team for the second consecutive season…Manhattan’s top finisher in all seven meets…Opened the season by taking third over 4100 meters (15:37.17) at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 4…Took fifth at the Fr. Victor Leeber Invitational (Sept. 25), running 5000 meters in 19:43.63…Ran a season-best time of 19:23 for 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 8), good for a 15th-place finish…Finished 19th at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 29), completing the 6000-meter course in 22:34.6.

2010 Outdoors: Selected to MAAC All-Academic Team…Opened the season with a 2:12.07 mark in the 800 meters at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (March 19)…Captured first place in the 800 (2:14.05) at the Yale Springtime Invitational on April 25…Earned a pair of silver medals at the MAAC Championships (May 1-2), placing second in the 800 (2:15.97) and 1500 (4:42.38)…Also ran the anchor leg on Manhattan’s 4x800 meter relay team.

2009-10 Indoors: Named to MAAC All-Academic Team…Competed over four distances ranging from 400 meters to the mile…Took first place in the mile (5:09.17) at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 5…Named MAAC Performer of the Week on Feb. 2 after capturing first place in the mile with a time of 5:00.54 at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 29)…Ran a season-best 2:13.87 over 800 meters at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational on Feb. 5…Won a pair of silver medals at the MAAC Championships on Feb. 19, finishing second in both the 800 meters (2:15.18) and mile (5:02.55)…Took fourth in the 1000 meters at the ECAC Championships (March 6), running the final in 2:50.63.

2009 Cross Country: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Named team MVP…Manhattan’s first runner across the line six times…Opened the season with a 16:06.95 clocking over 4100 meters at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 5…Ran a season-best 19:15 at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 9…Won the Manhattan Short Course Invitational on Oct. 21, completing the 3000-meter course in 10:41…Finished 28th at the MAAC Championships (Oct. 30), posting a 25:01.50 clocking.

2009 Outdoors: Placed sixth in the 800 meters (2:15.64) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 4…Finished second in the 1500 meters at the Yale Springtime Invitational (April 26) in 4:46.74…Won a bronze medal in the 1500 (4:44.95) and placed fourth in the 800 (2:20.24) at the MAAC Championships (May 2-3)…Ran a 1:00.38 to take fourth place in the 400 meters at the New York Relays on May 9.

2008-09 Indoors: Ran a time of 5:22.87 in the mile at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 9), good enough for 13th place…Secured fourth-place points in the 1000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Jan. 29…Finished second in the 800 meters at the MAAC Championships (Feb. 20), posting a time of 2:16.30.

2008 Cross Country: Placed fourth over a 3000-meter course against Iona on Sept. 5, finishing in 11:26.7…Ran a season-best time of 23:13 at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 3)…Finished 36th at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 10), completing the 5000-meter course in 20:20…Posted a time of 23:42.92 at the MAAC Championships at Walt Disney World on Nov. 1, good enough for 37th place.

Before Manhattan: Has participated in track & field since 2003, earning many high school accolades at Sigrid Rudebecks Gymnasium.
