2014 Outdoors: Chosen to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took second in the 800 meters (2:18.55) at the Army Six-Way Meet on April 12…Placed fifth in both the 800 (2:17.05) and 4x400 meter relay at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3.
2013-14 Indoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Grabbed third place in the 800 meters (2:20.71) at the NYU Saturday Night Shootout on Jan. 18…Finished sixth in the 800 (2:18.11) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Anchored the 4x400 meter relay team to fifth place and also took seventh in the 800 (2:17.54) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.
2013 Cross Country: Placed 23rd at the St. John’s/Hofstra Fall Festival on Sept. 7, running 4000 meters in 16:32.36…Finished 26th at the LIU Post Invitational on Sept. 14, completing the 5000-meter course in 19:55.99…Notched a time of 26:21.52 for 6000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Nov. 1.
2013 Outdoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Secured 10th place in the 800 meters (2:22.85) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Posted a season-best time of 2:22.43 in the 800 at the Lions Invitational on April 26…Won a bronze medal in the 4x800 meter relay and ran the anchor leg on the 4x400 meter relay while also placing 10th in the 800 (2:23.43) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4.

2012 Cross Country: Completed the 4000-meter course in 17:42.22 at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Sept. 1…Had a season-best clocking of 21:29.78 for 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 5…Registered a time of 24:54.80 over 6000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 27.
2012 Outdoors: Took second in the 400 meter hurdles (1:09.84) at the FDU Knight Invitational on March 31…Placed third in the 400 hurdles (1:06.85) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Grabbed fourth place in the 400 hurdles (1:04.87) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Finished fifth in the 400 hurdles (1:04.30) while also running the third leg on both Manhattan’s conference champion 4x400 meter relay squad and silver medal-winning 4x800 meter relay team at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5.
