The Jaspers threatened to make things interesting at the end as junior
Arianna Montefusco (Levittown, NY / General Douglas MacArthur) fired a header that was deflected in the 81st minute, before having a point-blank shot blocked in the 89th minute.

Kim Mains (Harriman, NY / Immaculate Heart Academy (NJ)) made eight saves in her first collegiate start.
The Stags posted advantages in shots (18-8), shots on goal (11-2) and corner kicks (3-2).
Manhattan is now 2-10 and 1-4 in the MAAC while Fairfield is 7-4-2 and 4-1 in the league.
