HUNTINGTON, N.Y. - The Manhattan golf team took to the links in a dual meet with Metro-area rival Wagner on Monday. Senior Matthew Creamer and freshman James Edgeworth paced the Jaspers to a 313-308 victory over the Seahawks at Huntington Country Club.
Both Creamer and Edgeworth recorded scores of 76 on the day, shooting six over par. Chris Calabro followed close behind with a seven over 77 for Manhattan while Jonathan Feuer posted a 79.
The Jaspers also recieved solid scores from Michael Giannico (81), Ross Ketner (81) and Mike Schutsky (82). Meanwhile, Paul Toohey finished his day with an 82 as well.
Manhattan will return to action this weekend when they play in the Lafayette Invitational in Easton, Pa. at the Northampton Country Club.
