2023 Outdoors
Leaped to an 11th place finish in the long jump at the Fred Hardy Invitational (Mar. 17)...Served as a leg in the 4x100 that finished sixth at the Outdoor Metropolitan Championships.

2022-2023 Indoors
Leaped to a sixth place finish in the triple jump in the MLK Tribute Invite (Jan. 16)...Finished second in the 60m at the Ramapo College Opener (Jan. 20)...Served as a leg in the 4x400 that finished second  at the Indoor Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 3)....Scored in the 4x400 with a sixth place finish at the Indoor MAAC Track and Field Championships (Feb, 18-19).

2021 Outdoors: Placed 13th in the triple jump with a leap of 9.91 meters at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/8-5/9) … Registered a personal-best mark of 9.93 meters in taking third at the Peacock Invitational (4/14).

2020-21 Indoors: Did not compete due to the cancelation of the season.

2019-20 Indoors: Began the season with two PRs at the Crowell Open on December 7, hitting 9.86 meters in the triple jump (third) and 4.89 meters in the long jump (fifth)...Set a PR in the 200-meters at the NYC Gotham Cup on January 17, recording a time of 28.74 (35th)...Finished 25th overall in the long jump at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a jump of 4.61 meters...Placed 15th in the triple jump at the MAAC Indoor Championships, reaching 9.79 meters...Also earned a top-20 finish (19th) in the long jump at MAACs, recording a 4.53-meter distance.

Before Manhattan: Participated in four years of track and field as a jumper, hurdler and sprinter at Kings Park High School...Earned all-league honors in both her senior and junior seasons, while earning all-division honors during her junior campaign...Was a two-time team MVP...Won the league long jump championship her senior season.
