2010 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Finished 33^rd at the season-opening Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 4, completing the 4100-meter course in 17:45.29...Clocked 22:10 for 5000 meters at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 8...Posted a season-best time of 26:16.1 over 6000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29.

2010 Outdoors: Ran the 5000 meters at the Monmouth Season Opener (March 26), finishing in 21:33.22...Placed fourth in the 5000 meters at the FDU Classic on April 10, running a time of 21:18.14.

Before Manhattan: A three-year member of the National Honor Society...Also played basketball and lacrosse, earning team MVP honors in lacrosse as a senior.
