2017-18 Indoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Opened the season with a second-place finish in the weight throw at the Penn 8 Team Select meet on January 20, hitting a distance of 18.16 meters...Won the event at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships with a distance of 17.74 meters...Placed second in the weight throw with a season-best throw of 18.30 meters at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships held at The Armory.
2017 Outdoors: Named to both the MAAC and USTFCCCA All-Academic Teams…Secured first place in the hammer throw (212’2) at the season-opening Dennis Craddock Carolina Relays on March 17…Finished third in the hammer throw (204’6) at the University of Georgia’s Spec Towns Invitational on April 7…Placed first in the hammer throw (209’4) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Earned MAAC Field Performer of the Week honors on April 25 after setting a season-best of 220’3 to place second in the hammer throw at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 21)…Took first in the hammer throw (204’2) and fourth in the javelin (181’0) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6…Won his third career IC4A Outdoor Championship in the hammer throw with a 215’8 effort on May 12…Made his third NCAA East Preliminary Round appearance in the hammer throw on May 25, getting out to a distance of 199’0.
2016-17 Indoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took first in the weight throw (61’7) at the season-opening Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Named MAAC Field Performer of the Week on Jan. 17 after winning the weight throw with a season-best effort of 66’3¼ at the Tiger Invitational (Jan. 14)…Finished first in the weight throw (64’8¾) at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21…Earned the gold medal in the weight throw (62’11½) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 2…Competed in the Millrose Games weight throw on Feb. 9, ending up third overall with a mark of 63’7…Captured the MAAC Indoor Championship in the weight throw after getting out to a distance of 65’11¾ on Feb. 18…Placed second in the weight throw (65’9) at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 3.
2016 Outdoors: Earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team…Had an effort of 189’7 in the hammer throw at the Florida Relays on March 31.
2015-16 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Won the weight throw (66’1½) at the Metro Holiday Season Opener on Dec. 5.
2015 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Named MAAC Field Performer of the Week four times (March 24, April 7-21) and ECAC Performer of the Week twice (March 26, April 8) during the season…Opened the season with a winning performance of 217’7 in the hammer throw at the UTSA Team Challenge on March 20…Grabbed first place in the hammer throw (222’1) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 3…Won the hammer throw at two different meets on April 10, notching victories at both the Sun Angel Classic (212’2) and Mesa Challenge (212’9)…Had a season-best effort of 223’1, which was good for second place in the hammer throw at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 15…Took ninth in the men’s championship hammer throw (199’10) at the Penn Relays on April 23…Earned the gold medal in the hammer throw (198’1) and finished 10th in the javelin (162’9) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2…Defended his IC4A Outdoor Championship in the hammer throw on May 15, getting out to a distance 221’8…Placed 19th in the hammer throw (206’5) at the NCAA East Preliminary Round on May 28.

2013-14 Indoors: Placed sixth in the weight throw (47’9¼) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 30…Grabbed fourth in the weight throw (50’5¼) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 15…Finished sixth in the weight-throw with a season-best effort of 54’0½ at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.
International: Represented Sweden in the hammer throw at the 2015 European Under-23 Championships in Tallinn, Estonia, finishing 24th overall with a top mark of 205’5.
Before Manhattan: Established a personal-best of 68.42 meters (224’5) in the hammer throw at Ostersund, Sweden on May 7, 2012…Boasts career-best marks of 45.44 m (149’1) in the discus and 60.48 m (198’5) in the javelin.
