Riverdale, N.Y. -- Led by a personal best posted by junior Milos Vuckovic, the Manhattan College men's cross country team took third place in the College White Division of the Paul Short Cross Country meet hosted Friday by Lehigh University.
Vuckovic paced the 8K course in 25:42, to finish sixth overall out of 270 runnersfrom 41 schools.
In addition to Vuckovic, scoring for the Jasper men were sophomore Brendan Brethel, who finished 29th overall in 26;47; sophomore Zack Price, who finished 30th overall in 26;47; junior Matt Kaftanski, who finished 48th overall in 27:05; freshman Jim Rosenberger, who finished 55th overall in 27:13, junior Scott Roman, who finished 84th overall in 27:39 and year senior Ryan Carney, who finished 182nd in 29:19
The meet was won by Ithaca College. Second place went to Messiah College
