Before Manhattan: A three-time varisty letterwinner in volleyball at Walter Payton College Prep in Chicago…Team reached the Final Four downstate in 2008 and 2010, becoming the first CPS school to advance that far…Earned MVP honors at the 2011 QND Volleyball Classic…Played for the Powerhouse Volleyball Club for three years after one year as a member of the Lightning Volleyball Club.
