Biography

2009: Earned her third straight selection to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Played in 24 games, making 21 starts in left field...Finished fourth on the squad with 14 RBIs and had a team-high four game-winning RBIs...Collected at least one hit in eight straight games from April 16-24...Smoked a game-winning two-run double in each game of a doubleheader sweep at Columbia on April 16...Went 3-for-6 with four RBIs in the twinbill...Had three hits and drove in five runs in the Lady Jaspers’ doubleheader sweep of Saint Peter’s on April 24...Hit first career triple and drove in three runs in the first game of the twinbill, a 13-3 win...Roped an RBI single in the top of the 16th inning in Manhattan’s 6-3 win over Fairfield in the MAAC Tournament on May 8...Made just one error in 29 defensive chances.

2008: Named First Team All-MAAC for the third straight season...Also earned a place on the MAAC All-Academic Team...Played in 35 games, making 34 starts...Led the team with three home runs and tied for the team lead with 12 RBIs...Placed second on the squad in runs (13), total bases (42) and slugging percentage (.396), and third in batting average (.264) and hits (28)...Collected at least one RBI in four straight games from March 18-20...Went 2-for-4 with three RBIs and a run scored against Fairleigh Dickinson in the Rebel Games on March 18...Belted what proved to be the game-winning two-run homer in the bottom of the first inning of a 3-2 Manhattan win over Green Bay on March 19...Smashed two doubles in the second game of a twinbill against FDU on April 17...Homered in back-to-back games against Rider (April 20) and St. John’s (April 24)...Went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs scored in the St. John’s game...Ended the season on a five-game hitting streak.

2007: Selected to the All-MAAC First Team for the second straight season after leading the Lady Jaspers in batting average (.375), hits (54), runs (21), doubles (11), total bases (82), at-bats (144), slugging percentage (.569) and on-base percentage (.393)...Finished second on the team in home runs (5) and RBIs (21)...Also named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Appeared in 45 games, starting 44...Collected at least one hit 36 times, including 15 multi-hit games...Roped an RBI triple in the season-opener against James Madison on Feb. 16...Had two hits, including a home run against North Florida on Feb. 17...Smacked two hits in three successive games from March 31-April 1...Gathered three hits and stole two bases in the second game of a doubleheader at Fordham on April 10...Homered in both ends of the doubleheader at Niagara on April 14, going 4-for-6 with three RBIs and five runs scored in the two games...Also hit home runs at Canisius (April 20) and Fairfield (May 5)...Went 4-for-4 with a double, two RBIs and two runs scored in game two of a doubleheader at Iona on April 29...Didn’t commit an error in 34 defensive chances on the season.

2006: Earned a place on the All-MAAC First Team...Made 49 appearances and 48 starts...Led the Lady Jaspers with 10 doubles, while finishing second on the team in RBIs (40) and slugging percentage (.465), and placing third on the squad in batting average (.352), hits (50), total bases (66) and on-base percentage (.390)...Also went a perfect 4-for-4 on the base paths...Collected first career hit, a two-run double, in the season opener at George Washington on Feb. 25...Drove in three runs at Hofstra on March 19...Went 3-for-3 with a double, two RBIs and a run scored n the nightcap of a doubleheader against Monmouth on April 6...Hit first career home run, a grand slam, in an 8-0 win over Columbia in the opener of a doubleheader on April 11...Finished that game 2-for-2 with five RBIs...Had two hits and four RBIs in game two of a doubleheader with Fordham on April 28, starting a streak where she had multiple RBIs in four consecutive games...Went 4-for-7 with five RBIs in a doubleheader sweep at Saint Peter’s on April 30...Went 2-for-2 and drove in four runs against Central Connecticut State in the first game of a doubleheader on May 2...Whacked a first inning grand slam, her second of the season, and finished the game 2-for-2 with five RBIs in a 10-5 win over Niagara on May 6.

Before Manhattan: A four-year varsity starter at Immaculate Heart Academy...Named Second Team All-American as a senior...Also earned First Team All-County, First Team All-East Region and Third Team All-American honors during her career...Immaculate Heart won the Parochial A State Championship during her sophomore year after losing in the state final during her freshman campaign.

Personal: Daughter of Anthony and JoAnn...Brother, Michael, plays baseball at Liberty University...Double majoring in education and psychology.
