ANNAPOLIS, MD — The Manhattan Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving season came to a close on Sunday at the ECAC Open Championships. Joe Brennan headlined the Jaspers' closing act by breaking the school record in the Men 200 Yard Breaststroke twice.
MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

One day after setting the school record in the Men 100 Yard Breaststroke (53.93 seconds), Brennan capped off his career in an emphatic fashion by breaking the Men 200 Yard Breaststroke record in back to back swims.

Brennan posted a time of 2:00.7 in the prelims before backing that up with another record of 1:59.85, making him the first swimmer in school history to swim sub two minutes in the event. Brennan garnered fifth place in the event.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

The Women 400 Yard Freestyle Relay earned seventh place with a time of 3:41.20. The relay consisted of Jaila Williamson, Leticia Fontes, Sophia Leber and Elle Feneide.
FINAL RESULT

The women's team finished in 10th overall with 58 points.

The men's team claimed 11th place overall with 108 points.
