Jaspers Prepare for Home Contest vs Marist

The Manhattan women's soccer team will continue MAAC play on Saturday, September 30 when it welcomes Marist to Gaelic park for a morning contest. The Jaspers will be hosting both Alumni Day and Youth Day, Saturday. 

The Path: The Jaspers are yet to lose in conference play, as they come off of a 1-0 win over Mount St. Mary's, following back to back draws to start MAAC play. Manhattan is now 2-3-3 overall, and 1-0-2 in conference play for the 2023 season.

Leading the Way: Arancha Antunes, Kaitlyn Cooke, Sami Derrico, Kaylee Stowell, and Mayah Wheeler have each scored one goal apiece for the Jaspers. Margaret Brunk has made 35 saves at the goalkeeper spot after facing 46 shots. 

All-Time Series: Manhattan is 6-12-4 all time against Marist, having lost 2-0 in their most recent contest last season in Poughkeepsie.

Marist: Marist is 1-5-3 to start the season, including 1-1-1 in conference play. This past week they played two road games, taking a 2-0 lost at Bryant and collecting a 0-0 draw at Niagara.
