BUFFALO, N.Y. – The second day of the 2022 MAAC Swimming and Diving Championships concluded Thursday evening, with the Manhattan men's and women's teams in ninth place.
The men sit on 54 points after two days while the women are on 60 points. Rider paces the men's field with 268 points. Fairfield sits on top of the women's standings with 232 points.
Connor Marshall finished 11th in the men's 3m dive finals with a 112.15 to score six points for Manhattan.
In the finals of the men's and women's 200y freestyle relay, the Jaspers finished ninth in both races.
Andrew Lebak,
Michael Popescu,
Dominick D'Esposito, and
Joe Brennan swam a 1:28.25. The time is the best this season by a Jasper team in the 200y free relay.
On the women's side,
Teddy Segmuller,
Kyla Guilfoil,
Jessica O'Brien, and
Mackenzie Tuttle finished in 1:38.66—new season-best time.
Day three of the 2022 MAAC Championships gets underway tomorrow, with prelims at 10 a.m. and finals at 6 p.m.
