RIVERDALE, N.Y. – Manhattan prepares for two away games against Canisius and Niagara this weekend. 
 
Last week, the Jaspers took a set from one of the best teams in the MAAC, Marist. The Red Foxes took the match 3-1. This match saw strong performances from many Jaspers including Julieanne McKee who, for the third match in a row, broke her season-high for assists with 39. Julia Menocal led the team in both kills and digs with 21 and 10, respectively, followed by Kelly Markowski with nine digs.

Canisius (9-12) will be coming into the match off a three-game losing streak; most recently, the Golden Griffins were edged by Fairfield 3-2. The last time Griffins and Jaspers went up against each other, Canisius topped Manhattan 3-0 inside Draddy. 

Niagara (6-16) will be coming into the match on a four-game losing streak, most recently against Quinnipiac, where they were swept 3-0. The last time Niagara and Manhattan faced off was the first of October, when Manhattan lost 3-0.
