Knop led off with a single, before moving to third on a Trochiano double to left field, before scoring on a Barditch RBI grounder.

After sophomore RHP Kyle Lesler (Clifton, NJ / Clifton) worked around a one-out double in the top of the fifth, the Jaspers plated two runs in the bottom part of the frame taking a 3-1 lead.

Knop led off with a leadoff home run, before Trochiano followed with his second hit of the day and would move to second on a wild pitch and came around to score on a Gael fielding error.

One inning later, Knop pushed the lead out to 4-1 with a first-pitch RBI double that scored pinch-runner Lewi Clarke (Jr., Saratoga Springs, NY / Saratoga Springs) to fuel a five-run frame that provided the final 8-1 count.
