Riverdale, NY - Manhattan fell to Canisius by scores of 25-22, 25-18 and 25-17 in MAAC action at Draddy Gymnasium.

* Sophomore Camryn Paulson had 26 sets with seven digs and four kills.

* Junior Kelly Markowski notched eight kills, on .167 hitting, with a team-high 10 digs.

* Graduate student Erin Hoener registered seven kills, on .333 hitting, with three blocks.

* Senior Erin Prevo and sophomore Ashley Chan also recorded eight digs, apiece.

* Canisius improves to 4-11, including 4-2 in the MAAC, while Manhattan falls to 1-8, and 1-4 in the league.

* The Jaspers will next host Rider on Wednesday, October 6 at 7:00 pm.
