Edison, NJ - The MAAC celebrates its 40th Anniversary throughout the 2020-21 academic year, continuing its mission to provide student-athletes the opportunity to succeed in both academics and athletics.
The 40th Anniversary Men's Soccer Team highlights some of the best student-athletes in MAAC history.
Marcellin Gohier – 2017-19
* 2017 MAAC Goalkeeper of the Year, after going 8-5-1 with six shutouts and a 0.62 GAA.
* Followed that up by earning 2018 Second Team All-MAAC honor as a junior, finishing up 10-5 with seven clean sheets.
* Registered 23 wins and a program-record 17 shutouts over his brilliant three-year career.
Adrien Awana – 2018-19
* Two-time All-MAAC First Team selection as a defender.
* Scored the game-winning goal in Manhattan's 1-0 win over No. 25 Fordham.
* Paced a defense that registered 12 shutouts over his two dominant seasons.
Abraham Bartoah – 2014-15
* Two-time All-MAAC Honoree.
* Named First Team All-MAAC, after scoring two goals with two assists as a senior in 2015.
* Notched Second Team All-MAAC honors in his first season on campus in 2014.
David Stewart – 1998-00
* Scored nine goals with a pair of assists in his first year on campus in 1998.
* Followed that up with nine goals and two assists as a junior.
* Fourth in program history with 22 goals, and fifth with eight assists.
Danny Harm – 1996-99
* Scored five goals with four assists as a senior in 1999
* Registered two goals with four assists in 1998.
