Niagara University, NY - Niagara posted a 2-0 win over Manhattan in MAAC action at Niagara Field.

Senior Camryn Nici (Seaford, NY / St. Anthony's) made eight saves between the pipes to lead the way for the Jaspers.

Kelsey Araujo and Annie Ibey each found the back of the net to pace the Purple Eagle effort.

Sophomore Eve Montgomery (Abington, MA / Whitman-Hanson Regional) led the way with three shots, while juniors Bri DeLeo (Harriman, NY / Monroe-Woodbury) and Arianna Montefusco (Levittown, NY / General Douglas MacArthur) each had two shots.

Niagara (6-4-1; 2-2-0 MAAC) posted advantages in shots (15-9), shots on goal (10-3) and corner kicks (4-2).

Manhattan (1-9-0; 0-3-0 MAAC) will host Iona on Wednesday, October 9 with opening kick tabbed for 7:00 pm.
