Sophomore Nehemiah Mack (Harrisburg, PA / Massanutten Academy (VA)) scored a career-high 21 points, but it wasn't enough as Manhattan dropped a 77-67 decision to UAlbany in non-conference action at SEFCU Arena.

Mack scored 19 of his 21 points after halftime and was joined in double-figures by freshman Warren Williams (Kingston, Jamaica / St. Benedict's Prep (NJ)), who finished up with 12 points.

The Jaspers fall to 2-9 while the Great Danes improve to 4-9.

In defeat, Manhattan turned UAlbany over 19 times in posting a dominating 27-13 advantage in points off turnovers while recording double-figures in steals (11) for the second-straight game and and the third time this season.

Ahmad Clark led all players with 23 points to go along with six assists as the Great Danes shot 50.0 percent (20-for-40) from the floor, including 45.0 percent (9-of-20) from deep, and 80.0 percent (28-of-35) from the line.

Notes
* Manhattan set season-highs in points (67), field goals (27), field goal percentage (.466) and assists (18).

* Mack was 6-for-9 from the floor, including 3-of-4 from deep, and a perfect 6-for-6 from the line while adding three assists and a steal.

* Freshman Samir Stewart (Fort Lauderdale, FL / American Heritage) had a career-high five assists, against no turnovers.

* UAlbany posted a 35-13 advantage in free throw attempts, including 23-8 after halftime.

* The Jaspers have forced at least 16 turnovers eight times this year.

* Williams has now hit for double-figures in points in seven of his last eight games and is averaging 10.1 ppg during that time while shooting 53.1 percent (34-of-64) from the floor.

* Senior Thomas Capuano (Hastings-on-Hudson, NY / Iona Prep) notched eight points, four assists and two steals over 30 minutes of action.

* Freshman Tykei Greene (Queens, NY / Long Island Lutheran) had seven points and graduate student Ibrahima Diallo (Dakar, Senegal / Rutgers) six points.
