Philadelphia, PA –
Sophomore Noah Amissah (London, England / Orleans Park) notched his first career goal, but Saint Joseph's Matt Mullock scored in the 94th minute as the Hawks defeated the Jaspers 2-1 in overtime at Sweeney Field.

Manhattan stumbles to 2-2-0 on the season while the Hawks improve to 2-1-1.

Both sides stood tall defensively for the first 44 minutes of the contest. With 32 seconds remaining in the first half, sophomore Tristan Doran (Jupiter, FL / Benjamin) threw the ball in to Amissah, whose shot was deflected in to the net to give the Jaspers the 1-0 edge at halftime. Doran was credited with the assist, his first career point.

Manhattan's defense continued to shut down Saint Joseph's until the 73rd minute, when Matt Crawford blasted his fifth goal of the season from 30 yards out to equalize the score.

A few minutes later, junior Callum Carsley (Birmingham, England / Princethorpe College) almost answered with a go-ahead tally, but his shot went wide. He added another chance in the 85th minute, this time missing high.

Neither team wavered as the game went into overtime. Following a Jasper corner kick, Hawk goalkeeper Greg O'Connell skied a deep ball to Mullock, who slipped the ball past junior Connor Hayes (El Dorado Hills, CA / Oak Ridge) for the game-winner in the 104th minute.

- The Jaspers have scored exactly one goal in each of their four matches, with all four tallies coming from a different player.
