Manhattan (0-17; 0-5 MAAC) returns to action this weekend  when the Jaspers host Western New York foes Niagara (9-6; 5-1 MAAC) and Canisius (4-12; 2-4 MAAC).

Home Is Where The Heart Is
The Jaspers have won the last four meetings with Canisius and Niagara played at Draddy Gymnasium dating back to the 2013 season.

Last Meeting With Niagara
Manhattan won a five-set thriller by scores of 27-25, 25-22, 20-25, 21-25 and 15-12 with junior Sandra Lozanova recording a career-high 19 kills, on .192 hitting, to go along with 11 digs while classmate Olyvia Chaltas added 12 kills, on .188 hitting. Junior Zoe Lindsey also notched a career-high 55 assists with 10 digs.

Series With The Purple Eagles
- The Jaspers have won 10 of their last 11 matches against Niagara, including five-straight at home during that time.
- Since the MAAC went to a double round robin in 2006, Manhattan owns a 14-9 advantage over the Purple Eagles in the series.
- During that time, Manhattan is 8-3 at Draddy Gymnasium.

More Bounce In California
Saturday's match-up will see 10 student-athletes with California ties, highlighted by senior Mary Donnolly, Chaltas and freshman Reyn Hoffman.

Last Meeting With Canisius
The Jaspers celebrated Senior Day with a decisive 25-16, 21-25, 25-15, 25-23 victory. Lindsey had 53 assists with Lozanova recording 13 kills, on .229 hitting, and Chaltas 11 kills, on .167 hitting. 

Series With The Golden Griffins
- Since 2006, Canisius owns a 16-7 advantage in the series.
- The home team has been victorious in each of the last six meetings.
- Manhattan has won four-straight at home.

Lozanova Lighting It Up
Lozanova has registered double-figures in kills in four of the last six matches and is averaging a team-high 2.19 kills per set during that time.

Among The Leaders
- Junior Alyssa Rehrer is second in the MAAC with 4.48 digs per set and has registered double-figures in 14 matches, highlighted by a career-high 25 the last time out at Siena.
- Freshman Erin Hoener is second in the MAAC in hitting at .297 while Lozanova is 10th at .215.
