Loudonville, NY - Fueled by a pair of first-half scores, Siena defeated Manhattan 4-0 in a rematch of last year's MAAC Championship Siena Field.

The Saints improve to 9-5-3 and 7-2 in the MAAC while the Jaspers fall to 5-10-1 and 3-5-1 in the league.
Siena opened the scoring in the 32nd minute when Kelsey Horst found the back of the net before Madi Belvito netted a score in the 41st minute.
The Saints added a pair of scores in the first 15 minutes of the second half to provide the final 4-0 score.
Horst had two goals and one assist to pace Siena while Taylor Dorado made seven saves in earning the win between the pipes.
Freshman Olivia Printy (Ponte Vedra Beach, FL / St. Joseph Academy) and sophomore Kelly DiGregorio (Centerreach, NY / St. Anthony's) each made three saves to pace the Manhattan defense.
Offensively, senior Erica Modena (Massapequa, NY / Massapequa) and freshman Arianna Montefusco (Levittown, NY / General Douglas MacArthur) each had two shots on goal.
The Jaspers will conclude their 2016 season on Wednesday, October 26 against Fairfield with opening kick tabbed for 7:00 pm.
