Riverdale, N.Y. (May 8, 2008) - Junior Danielle Just has been named to the All-MAAC First Team, as a designated player, as announced by the conference. Just is the only Lady Jaspers to recieve an All-MAAC award this season.
Just hit .264 on the year and hit 12 RBI's, tied for most on the team. She also led Manhattan in homeruns, hitting three longballs. Just sported a .301 on base percentage and was only caught stealing once as she stole four bases. She saw the majority of her playing time at the plate, but when in the field recorded a .971 fielding percentage with 33 put outs on the year.
