2014 Junior Season
Hit .194 (20-for-103) with a team-best three home runs, 10 RBI and five runs and five walks while posting a .245 OBP … Had five multi-hit and three multi-RBI games … Went 3-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and two runs against No. 11 Oklahoma State … Clouted a pinch-hit two-run homer in series opener vs. Iona (4/5) … Followed that up by going 1-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and two runs in the series finale against the Gaels (4/7) …. Notched two hits in the series opener at Maris (4/17) … Had a pair of hits and a RBI  game at Villanova (5/9)and in win against Delaware (2/22) … Also had a pair of hits in game one of a doubleheader against Florida Gulf Coast (3/8).

2013 Sophomore Season 
Appeared in 15 games ... made eight starts at first base (three) and at designated hitter (five) … ripped two doubles and drove in three runs on March 16 at Seton Hall ... had a base hit in three at-bats in game one vs. Iona on March 23 ... went 1-for-2 at Fordham on April 30.

2012 Freshman Season
Started 22 of 28 appearances... registered 18 hits with six RBI and six runs scored... named MAAC Rookie of the Week on Feb. 28 after delivering a 4-for-4 performance at the plate, driving in three runs and blasting his first career homer in his Manhattan debut leading the Jaspers to a 9-8 victory at Florida Atlantic (2/25)... finished the season batting .222 with a .292 on-base percentage and two stolen bases... started five of eight MAAC appearances... posted a pair of two hit performances against Iona (4/1) and at TCU (4/29)... notched two doubles during the season... did not commit an error starting nearly half his games at first base.

Scholastic/Personal
Four year high school starter at Hamden Hall Country Day for head coach Joe Fontana... graduated with the program's home run and RBI records for a single season and career... named All-Fairchester League in all four seasons (2008-2011)... helped the Hornets to the New England championship in 2009, as well as back-to-back Fairchester League titles in 2010 & 2011... hit .450 with seven home runs and 30 RBI and earned All New Haven County honors as a senior... received the Hamden Hall Distinguished Athletic Leadership Award during senior year... posted a 14-2 record as a pitcher in his junior and senior campaigns... as a junior hit .474 with eight doubles, six home runs and 41 RBIs, while recording a 7-1 record on the mound with 43 strikeouts... received the Hamden Hall Mr. Baseball Award as a junior ... played summer ball for the Connecticut Bombers under coach Bob Turcio... in 2010 hit .310 with eight doubles, two home runs, and 26 RBIs for the Bombers... named the Most Valuable Player in both the 2010 Blue Chip Prospect Tournament and the 2010 College Select Tournament ... majoring in exercise science ... the son of John and Cathy Teixeira ... has an older brother, Nick.
